Local delivery around Bhiwani. The exact PIN code, timing and delivery charge are confirmed on WhatsApp after you order.

Returns

Opened oil cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Unopened, undamaged bottles are handled case by case on WhatsApp.

Privacy and cookies

When you order we collect your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and PIN code. We use them only to deliver your order and to message you about it on WhatsApp. We do not sell them. Payment is handled by Razorpay; we never see your card, UPI PIN or OTP.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to shivshaktinaturalveda@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Cookies and similar storage

• ss_cart (essential, your browser’s local storage): remembers your cart.
• ss_consent (essential, 12 months): remembers your cookie choice.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (essential, checkout page only): a security check that stops bots from placing orders. It is not used for tracking.
• Google Analytics (optional, only if you choose “Allow all”): counts visits and clicks. Never your name, phone or address.
